§ SJYO Pre-Season Auditions
If you know anyone who missed the auditions in May and would still like to join SJYO? Please let them know about the auditions being held on Monday, August 18. Have them call 720-272-4460 or email auditions@sjyo.org to schedule an appointment.
§ 1st Rehearsal
The 1st SJYO rehearsal of the season will take place on Mon, Aug 25
5:30pm for SJYO Symphony and Advanced Jazz members
7:00pm for String Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble members.
There will also be a MANDATORY Parent Meeting at 6pm in the choir room. We hope to see you all there.

Rehearsals
If you are unable to attend rehearsals, please CALL 720-272-4460 to let them know you won't be there!!!
All rehearsals with be at D'Evelyn Jr/Sr High School Orchestra Room unless otherwise noted. Please enter and exit the school on the east side orchestra room doors. Thank you.

Every Monday
5:45 to 7:00pm - Sectional rehearsal or full orchestra rehearsal determined by Mr. Fyock
7:00 to 7:15pm - Break with Snacks
7:15 to 8:30pm - Full orchestra rehearsal
Advanced Jazz Combo
Every Monday
5:30 - 7:00pm - Jazz Rehearsal
7:00 to 7:15pm - Break with Snacks

Concert Dress
Symphony and Advanced Jazz Combo
Ladies: Black long dresses or long black skirts or full length slacks with black tops (no cleavage, spaghetti straps, or glitter). Prefer 3/4 or long sleeves. Black dress shoes.Gentlemen: Black tuxedos (no tails) or clack slacks and black jacket with white shirt and black bow tie. Black dress shoes. Black tuxedo vest or black suit vest with either tuxedo or black suit, and studs and cufflinks are optional.
String and Jazz Ensembles
Ladies: Same as above, except white tops.Gentlemen: Black slacks with white shirt and black bow tie. Black dress shoes.

To submit an item to the SJYO Bulletin Board: email sjyoweb@gmail.com and include a detailed description of the item you wish to sell or give away, the price of the item, your name, a number or email address you wish to be contacted at, and if needed a picture of the item.
All items are subject to be approved by SJYO. SJYO is not responsible for any dealings between parties or the items being sold or given away.
